You have the flexibility to schedule appointments through various channels, including telephone or email.
Our appointments are tailored to suit your needs, offering durations ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours to accommodate your preferences and requirements.
We expect all clients to treat our therapists with courtesy and respect at all times.
Any form of ill-mannered, aggressive, or hostile behavior towards our staff members will result in refusal of treatment.
Medical/Belongings/Delay Termns & Conditions
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, including pregnancy, prior to booking your appointment.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions, and it is crucial for us to be aware of any relevant health considerations beforehand.
To ensure a tranquil and uninterrupted experience for all clients, we kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones during your visit to our clinic or spa.
Please switch off or silence your phone to maintain the serene ambiance of our premises.
Prior to leaving our premises, please ensure that you have retrieved all your personal belongings.
While we make every effort to ensure the security of our clients’ possessions, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
Appointment times are carefully scheduled to accommodate your needs. In the event of a late arrival, your session may be abbreviated to accommodate other clients.
The therapist will determine if there is sufficient time to commence the treatment, and you will be responsible for the full session duration.
Cancel/CCTV/Medical Terms & Conditions
We require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations to avoid charges.
Clients who fail to provide adequate notice may be subject to fees and may be refused advanced bookings.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and refrain from attending appointments if you are unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have a contagious condition.
For the safety and security of our clients and staff members, CCTV cameras are installed to monitor our premises.
Please note that CCTV coverage does not extend to treatment rooms, toilets, or changing areas.
Massage treatments are intended to complement, rather than replace, medical examination or care.
It is imperative to honor all medical appointments and consult with your healthcare provider before discontinuing any prescribed medication or treatment.
Treatment/Accuracy Terms & Conditions
Following certain therapies, you may experience muscle soreness, aching, or localized bruising, which are natural aspects of the recovery process.
Your personal information is securely maintained and treated with the utmost confidentiality.
We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except for referral purposes.
Please provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding changes to ongoing medical treatments, as these updates may impact your massage therapy sessions.
